1. By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read Wessex Water Services Limited’s privacy policy available at wessexwater.co.uk/privacy-policy and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also confirm your agreement to all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Facebook including the rules located at www.facebook.com/terms.php
2. The promoter of this prize draw is:

3. This free competition is open to Wessex Water Services Limited's water supply customers only. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over. This competition is not open to any employees of Wessex Water Services Limited or any associated group companies or their families. One entry is allowed per person. Wessex Water Services Limited's decision in relation to a person's eligibility to enter this competition will be final.
4. Wessex Water Services Limited is offering those who enter this competition a chance to win one of three £100 shopping vouchers:

5. The winner of the competition and therefore the recipient of the prize, accepts that the prize is not manufactured or sold by Wessex Water Services Limited and it is provided by Wessex Water Services Limited only as a prize. Wessex Water Services Limited and any associated group companies will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
6. To enter this prize draw, entrants must write in the comments section of Wessex Water Services Limited's Facebook post inviting entries into this prize draw by commenting with a winter advice tip.

7.a The competition is open to entries from 12.00 on 25 November 2019 until 23.59 on 1 December 2019. Late entries will not be accepted.
7.b The competition is open to entries from 12.00 on 2 December 2019 until 23.59 on 8 December 2019. Late entries will not be accepted.
7.c The competition is open to entries from 12.00 on 9 December 2019 until 23.59 on 15 December 2019. Late entries will not be accepted.
8. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
9. Wessex Water Services Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Wessex Water Services Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition without prior notice.
10. The winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the competition period by use of a random number generator.
11. Each winner will be notified within five working days of the draw via Facebook direct message to the account from which the entry was made and will be asked to provide their full name and address. Wessex Water Services Limited reserves the right to require the winner to provide evidence that they are eligible to enter and win this competition. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.
12. If the winner fails within five working days of being contacted by Wessex Water Services Limited to demonstrate that they are eligible to enter and win the competition, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
13. The prize will be sent via recorded delivery to the address supplied within one calendar month of the winner confirming their address and the winner will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt.
14. Wessex Water Services Limited will collect and use the personal information you provide when submitting your competition entry and to contact you in the event of a winning entry. We will use and feature your first name, city closest to you and post of the Winter Advice Tip prize draw winning entry for publicity purposes. If you would prefer us not to use your details in this way, please contact us within 2 weeks of being informed that you have won by emailing dpo@wessexwater.co.uk We will share your personal information with either John Lewis Partnership PLC, B&Q Limited or Love 2 Shop Limited as the suppliers of the prizes, for the purposes of arranging its supply and delivery. 15. Wessex Water Services Limited does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, software or technical failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the submission of an entry by the closing date. Wessex Water Services Limited has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
16. Wessex Water Services Limited reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if Wessex Water Services Limited, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the competition (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Facebook accounts in order to submit multiple entries)
17. Wessex Water Services Limited does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this prize draw.
18. Save as expressly provided in these terms and conditions and except for the purpose of carrying out the competition, contacting winners and sending out prizes Wessex Water Services Limited, will not use entrants' personal data without the express consent of the entrant. 19. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by the decisions of Wessex Water Services Limited, which are final in all matters relating to the competition. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of Wessex Water Services Limited's decisions.
20. Wessex Water Services Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition where is becomes necessary to do so.
21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
