Support scheme charges apply to customers who receive help with their bill through one of our schemes.
The 2025-26 charges for our main support schemes are set out below.
WaterSure charges
This is a fixed annual charge based on the average metered bill.

Discount for low-income pensioners
Pensioners on this scheme will receive a 20% discount on their bill.
For example, if your bill was £450, you would save £90, reducing it to £360.
